Tracy Steele earned a full scholarship to Rice University where he received a BA degree in Political Science. He exceled in his studies and at basketball while, attending Rice University.
Steele was elected to the House of Representatives in 1999 for North Little Rock, serving two terms before being elected to the state Senate in 2003, where he served two four-year terms.
Amy Baldwin is the Director of University College at the University of Central Arkansas and author of The College Experience franchise published by Pearson Education. For 18 years, she taught developmental writing, student success, composition, and literature at Pulaski Technical College and was most recently the Chair of College Studies.
Amy graduated from Rhodes College with a B. A. in English Literature and from Washington University in St. Louis with an M.A. in British Literature. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education Degree in higher education administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The focus of her research is on African-American male student success at the community college.
Dr. Charity Smith
Dr. Charity Smith is the Principal Associate for Education at Fetterman and Associates. In 1998, she received her Ed.D degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has worked as a practitioner, consultant, Keynote speaker, presenter, principal, state level program director and assistant state commissioner of education.

Dr. Christopher Davis
Nicholas Norfolk is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he majored in information Science and minored in Information Assurance and Criminal Justice.
Nicholas has always found ways to articulate his love for technology and the changing digital landscape. His paper titled “An Investigation of the Design and Implementation Flaws in Information Systems Security Models” is published in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Technical Proceedings.
Originally from the Chicago land area, Ms. Shaylon Ware completed her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Northern Illinois University, in DeKalb, Illinois. Her other academic degrees include a Bachelor’s degree in Deafness Rehabilitation Counseling, also from NIU and an Associate degree in Sign Language Interpreting from Black Hawk College, Iowa. Ms. Ware holds the Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Sign Language Interpreter licensure credentials. She has over 14 years’ experience in vocational instruction, post-secondary education, leadership training, counseling and case management.
